Flexible cable for industrial and control applications

This 7-core JZ-600 cable with a cross-section of 2.5 mm² is a versatile solution for applications requiring flexibility and resistance to harsh conditions. The cable is designed to operate at 1kV voltage, and its construction and materials ensure reliability in a wide range of temperatures and environments. It meets UL/CSA standards, confirming its quality and safety.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction designed for long-term operation. Copper strands, twisted into strands, provide good flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. PVC TI2 insulation guarantees high electrical insulation, and the outer PVC TM2 coating protects against external factors. The cores are identified by numbers, which makes them easier to distinguish during installation and maintenance – even after the cable has been shortened. The protective core (yellow-green) is located in the outer layer of the cable for added safety.

The cable is resistant to oils, chemicals and UV radiation (in the case of a black outer jacket). The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not interfere with painting. It also has self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties, confirmed by appropriate standards (DIN VDE, DIN EN, IEC, UL, CSA).

JZ-600 cable is widely used in industry as a measuring and control cable in machine tools, conveyors, production lines, as well as in agriculture, ventilation, steelworks and rolling mills. It will work well in both dry and humid rooms, as well as outdoors (in stationary installation with a black jacket). Its flexibility allows it to be used in places exposed to movement and mechanical loads.
