Flexible cable for industrial and control applications

This black, multi-core JZ-600 7G25 AWG4 cable is designed to operate in demanding industrial environments. It is characterized by high flexibility and resistance to external factors, making it an ideal solution for use in machine tools, conveyors, production lines, and in agriculture. Construction and properties

The cable has seven copper conductors with a cross-section of 25 mm², insulated with special PVC (TI2). The conductors are twisted in parallel, and the whole is surrounded by a durable outer sheath made of PVC (TM2) in black (RAL 9005). The cable construction provides resistance to oils, chemicals, and UV radiation (in the case of the black sheath). In addition, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free, and do not contain substances that interfere with painting. The conductors are numbered for easy identification even after the cable is shortened. The presence of a yellow-green protective conductor (G) provides additional safety.

Application and operating parameters

The JZ-600 cable is designed to operate in a temperature range from -40°C to +80°C in a fixed installation and from -5°C to +80°C in a flexible installation. It can be used in both dry, damp and wet rooms, as well as outdoors (in a fixed installation with a black outer sheath). The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible installation and 4 x cable diameter for fixed installation. The rated voltage is 1000 V. The cable complies with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). This is particularly important for installations requiring compliance with strict safety standards. This cable is widely used in Southern Europe, Eastern European countries, and Arab countries.
