This grey JZ-600 7G25 AWG4 cable is a versatile solution for transmitting power and control signals in demanding conditions. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on seven stranded copper conductors, providing flexibility and resistance to bending. Each conductor is insulated with high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), guaranteeing safe use and long-lasting insulation. The outer jacket made of PVC further protects the cable against mechanical damage, weathering, and the influence of oils and chemicals. The conductors are identified by numbers, making them easier to distinguish during installation and maintenance. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor for increased safety.

The JZ-600 cable has been tested for UV resistance (in the case of a black outer jacket) and has self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties, in accordance with DIN VDE, EN and UL/CSA standards. This ensures a high level of safety in the event of a short circuit or fire. The flexibility of the cable allows for easy routing of wires in tight spaces and with frequent movements.

User parameters and applications

This cable is designed to operate in a temperature range from -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -5°C to +80°C during installation. The rated voltage is 1000 V, allowing it to be used in various electrical installations. The conductor cross-section of 25 mm² provides adequate current carrying capacity for most industrial applications. The minimum bending radius is 4x the cable diameter in stationary laying and 7.5x the cable diameter in flexible laying – making installation easier even in difficult conditions.

The JZ-600 cable is ideal as a measuring and control cable in machine tools, conveyors, production lines and ventilation systems. It is also suitable for use in agriculture, steel mills and rolling mills. Due to its resistance to oils and chemicals, it can be used in industrial environments exposed to these substances. However, it is not suitable for underwater installations or burial in the ground.
