JZ-600-Y-CY flexible cable is a high-quality power cable designed for a wide range of applications in control systems, machine and device power supplies. The cable's construction ensures reliable operation in harsh conditions, and the copper shielding minimizes electromagnetic interference.

This 12-core cable with a cross-section of 1 mm² is characterized by its flexibility and resistance to external factors. Made of oxygen-free copper, stranded wire, it has PVC TI2 insulation and a PVC TM2 outer jacket. The cores are numbered according to DIN VDE 0293, and the protective core (in versions with it) is yellow-green. A common screen in the form of a copper braid provides effective protection against interference.

The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0276 part 627, DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL Std.758 Style 21179. It is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +80°C (flexible). The rated voltage is 1000 V, and the test voltage is 4000 V. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km. The minimum bending radius is 10x the cable diameter during flexible operation and 5x the cable diameter during stationary operation.

JZ-600-Y-CY cable is compatible with Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE). Remember to properly connect the screen at both ends of the cable for optimal EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) shielding effectiveness. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 17.4 mm.
