This multi-core flexible cable JZ-600-Y-CY, with a cross-section of 0.5 mm² and 18 cores, is designed for reliable power transmission in demanding conditions. Construction and properties

The cable consists of stranded copper conductors (class 5 – multi-wire flexible), insulated with PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and shielded with a copper braid. This braid effectively minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is crucial in control and measurement systems. Additionally, the cable has an outer PVC coating, providing resistance to oils, chemicals, and UV radiation (in the case of cables with a black coating). The cores are numbered for easy identification during installation. The permissible operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +80°C, allowing the cable to be used in a wide range of ambient temperatures.

Applications

JZ-600-Y-CY cable is used in control, measurement and power supply systems for machines and industrial equipment. It is ideal for portable connections in production lines, air conditioning, foundries and steelworks. Thanks to the shielding, it is particularly recommended where high resistance to electromagnetic interference is required. It can be used in dry, damp and wet rooms (with a black outer coating). It is not suitable for direct laying in the ground or under water. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 17.3 mm, which facilitates the selection of appropriate mounting accessories.
