The cores are twisted in parallel and protected by a screen made of tinned copper braid, which minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC). The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0276 part 627, DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL Std.758 Style 21179. It is resistant to oils, chemicals and UV radiation (in the case of a black outer jacket). The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not contain substances that interfere with painting. The cable is self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, increasing safety.

Application and technical parameters

This cable is used in measuring, monitoring and control systems for machines, cable carriers and production lines. It will work in air conditioning, foundries and steel mills. Thanks to the shielding, it is ideal for transmitting signals in environments exposed to electromagnetic interference. It can be used in dry, damp and wet rooms – both in stationary and flexible arrangement (with a black outer jacket). It is not suitable for laying in the ground or under water.

The cable is characterized by a core cross-section of 0.5 mm², a rated voltage of 1000 V and a number of 25 cores. The core insulation is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the common screen is a braid. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 20.6 mm. The cable retains its properties in the temperature range from -40°C to +80°C during stationary operation and from -5°C to +80°C during flexible operation, and its insulation resistance is minimum 20 MOhm x km.
