Construction and properties

The JZ-600-Y-CY cable has a multi-strand copper conductor with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). 25 cores are twisted in parallel, and the whole is protected by a copper braid screen, which minimizes electromagnetic interference. The outer jacket made of PVC provides resistance to abrasion, oils and chemical compounds. The cores are identified with numbers, and in multi-core cables there is a yellow-green protective conductor. The cable construction meets the standards DIN VDE 0276 part 627, DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL Std.758 Style 21179.

This cable is designed to operate in temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +80°C (flexible). It has a rated voltage of U 1000 V (VDE) and 1000 V (UL/CSA), and the test voltage is 4000 V. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km. The minimum bending radius for flexible laying is 10x cable diameter, and for fixed laying – 5x cable diameter.
