JZ-600-Y-CY flexible power cable is a high-quality cable designed for use in control systems, machine and device power supplies. Construction and parameters

The cable has 25 cores with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², made of unannealed copper, twisted in strands for increased flexibility. Each core is insulated with special PVC TI2, and the entire cable is protected with a screen made of tinned copper braid – this is crucial for reducing electromagnetic interference (EMC). The outer jacket is made of durable PVC TM2, available in black (RAL 9005) or gray (RAL 7001). The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 28.2 mm.

Application and properties

This cable is widely used in industry, especially in machines, cable carriers, production lines, as well as in air conditioning, foundries and steelworks. Thanks to its high resistance to oils, chemicals and UV radiation (in the case of the black outer jacket), it can be used in harsh environmental conditions. It is intended for flexible laying with moderate mechanical loads – both in dry and humid rooms. It should be noted that it is not intended for laying in the ground or under water.

• Compliance with standards: Meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0276 part 627, DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL Std.758 Style 21179 standards.
