Flexible cable JZ-600-Y-CY 25G1 is a high-quality power cable designed for applications requiring flexibility and resistance to external factors. Made with stranded copper conductors for increased flexibility, PVC insulation, and shielded with a copper braid, it ensures reliable power transmission in various conditions. This cable complies with DIN VDE 0276, DIN VDE 0285, DIN EN 50525, and UL Std.758 standards, guaranteeing its safety and quality.

Construction and properties

The cable construction includes 25 copper conductors, twisted to ensure flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. Each conductor is insulated with special PVC (TI2), and the entire cable is surrounded by an outer PVC jacket (TM2), providing protection against moisture, oils, and other chemicals. A tinned copper braid screen minimizes electromagnetic interference, which is particularly important in industrial environments. The cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors) for increased safety.

The cable is characterized by a wide operating temperature range – from -5°C to +80°C during flexible operation and from -40°C to +80°C in stationary installations. It is also UV-resistant (in the version with a black outer jacket) and meets the requirements for self-extinguishing and flame retardancy according to DIN VDE 0482, DIN EN 60332, IEC 60332, UL VW-1 and CSA FT1 standards.

Thanks to its flexibility and resistance to external factors, it can be used in cable carriers, production lines, air conditioning, foundries, and steel mills. Thanks to the shielding, it is particularly recommended where high resistance to electromagnetic interference (EMC) is required. It is not suitable for direct laying in the ground or underwater.
