This flexible cable with shielding, designated JZ-600-Y-CY 3G0.5, is a versatile solution for applications requiring protection against electromagnetic interference. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-term operation. It consists of stranded copper conductors, PVC insulated, twisted together and surrounded by a copper braid screen. This braid effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference, protecting the transmitted signals. The outer sheath made of PVC provides resistance to mechanical damage, oils and chemical compounds. This allows the cable to be used in harsh environmental conditions. The cable's flexibility makes installation and routing of wires in tight spaces easier.

The cable has a conductor cross-section of 0.5 mm², making it ideal for applications requiring precise control and measurement. It ensures safe operation thanks to a rated voltage of 1000 V. Effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC) is guaranteed by the copper braid acting as a shield. The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range from -40°C to +80°C, and is also characterized by high chemical resistance – it is resistant to oils and other chemical compounds, making it ideal for industrial applications. Its outer diameter is approximately 8.6 mm, which facilitates routing in tight spaces. The cable consists of 3 current-carrying conductors and potentially an earth conductor (depending on the version), ensuring safe and reliable signal transmission.

The cable complies with DIN VDE 0276 part 627, DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL Std.758 Style 21179 standards, confirming its high quality and safety of use. Additionally, it has UL VW-1 and CSA FT1 certificates confirming its flame-retardant properties.
