Shielded flexible cable – reliability and protection in every application

This multi-core cable with a braided shield, designed to operate at 1kV, combines flexibility and durability. The polyvinyl chloride (PVC) construction provides resistance to external factors and long-term operation. This cable is ideal for both indoor installations and industrial environments where high reliability and protection against electromagnetic interference are required.

Construction and properties

The JZ-600-Y-CY cable features a solid construction designed for demanding applications. It consists of stranded copper cores surrounded by PVC insulation and a copper braided shield. The whole is covered with a durable PVC outer jacket, available in gray (RAL 7001) or black (RAL 9005). The cores are numbered for easy identification during installation, and the protective conductor (in versions with 3 or more cores) provides additional safety. Thanks to the materials used, the cable exhibits resistance to oils, chemicals and UV radiation (in the case of the black outer jacket). It is also self-extinguishing and flame retardant, meeting stringent safety standards.

The JZ-600-Y-CY cable is widely used in control, measurement and monitoring systems for machines and industrial equipment. It will work in air conditioning, foundries, steel mills and on cable conveyors. Thanks to its high flexibility, it is ideal for applications requiring frequent bending and movement. It complies with DIN VDE 0276 part 627, DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL Std.758 Style 21179, confirming its high quality and safety. The cable is intended for stationary and flexible installations (maintaining the appropriate bending radius). It is not suitable for direct burial in the ground or laying under water.
