This high-quality flexible cable JZ-600-Y-CY, with a cross-section of 7 x 1.5 mm², is designed for reliable power transmission in demanding industrial environments. Thanks to the copper braid screen, it provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is crucial in control and measurement systems.

Construction and properties

This cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. The multi-wire copper conductors (class 5) are insulated with special PVC TI2, providing them with flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The conductors are twisted in parallel and marked with numbers for easy identification. Additionally, the presence of a yellow-green protective conductor (in versions with a protective conductor) increases safety. The outer sheath made of PVC TM2 protects the cable from external factors such as moisture, oils and chemicals. The screen made of tinned copper braid minimizes electromagnetic interference, ensuring a stable signal.

The cable is UV-resistant (in the black sheath version), allowing it to be used in outdoor installations. The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not interfere with painting. The cable has self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties, meeting the safety standards DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2 and UL VW-1 / CSA FT1. The operating temperature range of the cable is from -5°C to +80°C (flexible) and from -40°C to +80°C (stationary).
