Flexible cable JZ-600-Y-CY is a reliable solution for power supply and control in a wide range of applications. Construction and properties
Cable JZ-600-Y-CY is characterized by a solid construction designed for long-term operation. Copper conductors, twisted to increase flexibility, are insulated with special PVC (TI2), providing high electrical and mechanical resistance. Conductor identification is done using numbers printed on the insulation, and the protective conductor (in 3-core and higher versions) is marked with yellow-green color. The whole is surrounded by a copper braid screen, which minimizes electromagnetic interference, which is particularly important in industrial installations and control systems. The outer sheath made of PVC (TM2) provides protection against external factors such as moisture, oils and UV radiation.
This cable has been tested for compliance with DIN VDE 0276 part 627, DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL Std.758 Style 21179. It has a rated voltage of 1000 V and is resistant to temperatures in the range of -40°C to +80°C (with flexible installation from -5°C to +80°C). Additionally, the cable is self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, increasing safety of use.
