This high-quality JZ-600-Y-CY flexible cable, with a cross-section of 7G25 AWG4, is designed for reliable power transmission in demanding industrial environments. Its construction provides both flexibility and protection against electromagnetic interference. Ideal for use in machines, production lines, control systems and air conditioning.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. It is made of seven stranded copper conductors, with a cross-section of 25 mm², insulated with special PVC TI2. The conductors are twisted in parallel and marked with numbers for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has a screen made of tinned copper braid, which minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), ensuring a stable signal. The outer jacket is made of durable PVC TM2, resistant to oils, chemicals and UV radiation (in the case of a black jacket). This makes the cable suitable for use in dry, damp and wet rooms.
The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0276 part 627, DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL Std.758 Style 21179. It is tested to a voltage of 4000V and has a high insulation resistance (min. 20 MOhm x km). The minimum bending radius is 10x the cable diameter during flexible operation and 5x the cable diameter in stationary installation.
