Construction and parameters

This cable has seven cores with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², made of stranded copper, which ensures good conductivity and flexibility. The cores are insulated with special PVC (TI2) in accordance with DIN VDE 0207-363-3 and DIN EN 50363-3 standards, guaranteeing safety and reliability. Core identification is done using numbers, making it easier to identify during installation and maintenance. Additionally, the cable is equipped with a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 cores), providing additional safety. The whole is surrounded by a screen made of tinned copper braid, which minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in industrial environments. The outer jacket is made of durable PVC (TM2), resistant to abrasion and mechanical damage.

JZ-600-Y-CY cable is widely used in measuring, monitoring and control systems of machines and devices in various industries - from air conditioning to foundries and steelworks. Thanks to its flexibility, it is perfect for portable installations and where frequent bending of the cable is required. It can be used in dry, damp and wet rooms (with a black outer jacket). It is resistant to oils, chemicals and UV radiation (in the case of a black outer jacket). It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0276 part 627, DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and UL Std.758 Style 21179. Additionally, it is self-extinguishing and flame-retardant according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1-2 and UL VW-1, CSA FT1.
