This flexible 1kV power cable, designated OZ-600-Y-CY 2x2.5 AWG14 UL-CSA, is a solid solution for both professional installers and end-users. The use of a copper screen provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference, which is crucial in demanding industrial environments and automation installations. The cable is designed for power transmission in control systems, machines and equipment exposed to interference.
Construction and parameters ensuring durability
The cable is characterized by a construction designed for long-term and reliable operation. Two conductors with a cross-section of 2.5 mm² are made of stranded copper, which ensures flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. Conductor insulation made of PVC TI2 guarantees high electrical and mechanical resistance. Additionally, a copper shielding braid provides effective suppression of electromagnetic interference. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer coating made of PVC TM2, resistant to abrasion and weathering. The rated voltage of the cable is 1000 V, and the permissible operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +80°C (flexible). The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 11.5 mm.
