This high-quality flexible cable, designed for use in frequency inverters, features double shielding and a special construction ensuring minimal power loss. It is ideal for flexible connections where resistance to electromagnetic interference and high reliability are required. Construction and properties

The TF-EMV-UV-2XSLCYK-J 4G16 cable has been designed for demanding applications. Its construction includes:

• Copper strands: Made of twisted strands, providing flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. Wire class 5 guarantees high flexibility.
• XLPE insulation: Polymeric insulation of the cores (XLPE) minimizes mutual capacitance, reducing energy losses.
• Double shielding: Consists of an aluminum screen and a copper braid, providing excellent protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC). The coverage of the copper braid is approximately 85%.
• Outer jacket PVC: Made of special PVC, resistant to UV radiation and weathering, allowing the cable to be used both indoors and outdoors.
• Core identification: Color-coded cores (brown, black, gray and green-yellow) facilitate correct connection.

Thanks to the materials used, the cable is resistant to radiation up to 80x106 cJ/kg (80 Mrad) and meets standards regarding electromagnetic compatibility (EN 55011 and DIN VDE 0875 part 11). The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.
