It is ideal for use in dry, humid, and wet rooms, although it is not suitable for outdoor installation. Its oil-resistant construction makes it particularly useful in industries such as brewing, bottling, laundries, and car washes.
• This cable features shielding, which minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), crucial for the proper operation of control and measuring devices. The cable cores are numbered for easy identification during installation. Additionally, the cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adjust the length to your needs.

• Construction and properties

• The cable construction is based on stranded copper cores insulated with special oil-resistant PVC (TI2). The cores are twisted in parallel and surrounded by a tinned copper screen (approx. 85% coverage), providing effective protection against interference. The whole is surrounded by an outer PVC (TM5) jacket in gray (RAL 7001). The material used in production does not contain silicone, cadmium, or substances that interfere with painting.
• It is worth noting that the cable meets stringent safety standards: PVC is self-extinguishing and flame-retardant (compliant with VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2/ IEC 60332-1), and oil resistance is confirmed by DIN EN 60911-404.

The minimum bending radius is 5x cable diameter for fixed installation and 10x cable diameter for flexible operation. Insulation resistance is minimum 20 MOhm x km and couplings for 30 MHz ≤ 250 Ohm/km. This cable is ideal for use in machines, conveyors, and technological lines as a control and connecting cable – wherever flexibility and resistance to external factors are required.
