UNIPUR Flexible Cable – Reliability in Harsh Conditions

This 12-core UNIPUR flexible cable with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² is the ideal solution wherever high flexibility and resistance to external factors are required. Made from high-quality materials, it provides safe and reliable connections in a wide range of applications. The C characteristic allows it to react more slowly to short current surges, making it well-suited for starting devices with motors.

Construction and Properties

The UNIPUR cable stands out with its advanced construction, which guarantees its durability and functionality. Copper strands, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards, ensure good electrical conductivity. Insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) provides flexibility even at low temperatures – down to -40°C – as well as resistance to abrasion, cuts and notches. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) further protects the cable against the influence of oils, greases, water, weathering and UV radiation.

• Wide operating temperature range (-40°C to +90°C) enables the cable to be used in various environmental conditions.
