Flexible cable for applications requiring high flexibility

This 18-core UNIPUR 18G0.75 cable is a flexible solution for applications where resistance to bending and external factors is important. The cable is designed for power tools, agricultural machinery and installations in harsh conditions. It is characterized by high mechanical strength and resistance to abrasion, cuts and notches.

The UNIPUR cable is distinguished by its construction based on stranded copper conductors, thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) insulation and a polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket. This combination of materials ensures not only flexibility over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +90°C – but also resistance to oils, greases, water, atmospheric factors, ozone, oxygen and UV radiation. Additionally, the materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance free.

Construction and properties:

• Conductors: Stranded copper conductors, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295 class 5, BS 6360 class 5 and IEC 60228 class 5 – guaranteeing good conductivity and flexibility.
• Insulation: Made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), providing good electrical insulation and abrasion resistance.
• Outer jacket: Durable polyurethane (PUR) protects the conductors from mechanical damage and external factors.
• Core identification: Color-coded cores facilitate installation and servicing (up to 5 cores with fixed colors, above 5 cores – black with white numbering).
• Rated voltage: 300/500 V – universal application in electrical installations.
• UV resistance: Ensures the durability of the cable even when exposed to sunlight.
• Minimum bending radius: Flexible 10x cable diameter, stationary 5x cable diameter – facilitates laying the cable in tight spaces.

The UNIPUR cable complies with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking) and has a VDE certificate for cables with 2-7 cores. This gives you confidence in its safety and reliability. The conductor cross-section is 0.75 mm², and the approximate outer diameter is 14.1 mm. Available in violet (RAL 4005), but other colors are available on request.
