Construction and properties

The UNIPUR cable is characterized by a solid construction. Its copper cores, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards, ensure good conductivity and flexibility. Insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) guarantees high resistance to abrasion, cuts and notches. The outer jacket made of PUR TMPU further protects the cable from the effects of oils, greases, water and atmospheric factors. Thanks to this, the cable retains its properties even in extreme temperature conditions – from -40°C to +90°C.

Additionally, the cable is resistant to UV radiation and hydrolysis, which increases its durability and reliability in outdoor applications. The materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance-free. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 15.6 mm with a core cross-section of 0.5 mm².
