UNIPUR Flexible Cable – Reliability in Harsh Conditions
This yellow UNIPUR 25G0,5 flexible cable with a cross-section of 0.5 mm² is a proposal for professionals and demanding users. Its construction with polyurethane (PUR) insulation ensures long-lasting and safe operation in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +90°C. The rated voltage of the cable is 500V.
Construction and properties
The cable consists of 25 stranded copper conductors (class 5), which guarantees its flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue during repeated bending. The conductors are insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), and the entire cable is surrounded by a durable PUR TMPU coating. This combination of materials provides resistance to abrasion, cuts, notches, oils, greases, water and atmospheric factors. Additionally, the cable is resistant to UV radiation and hydrolysis. It is worth noting that the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 15.6 mm.
