The UNIPUR 25G0,75 cable is a flexible solution for applications requiring high mechanical and chemical resistance. The construction with a multi-strand copper core provides high flexibility and easy installation, while the polyurethane (PUR) insulation guarantees long-term protection against damage.

Construction and properties for professionals

This cable stands out with its solid construction. 25 copper conductors, twisted into a class 5 rope (according to DIN VDE 0295), ensure a reliable electrical connection. Insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) provides high flexibility even at low temperatures. The outer jacket made of PUR TMPU protects the conductors against abrasion, cuts and the influence of atmospheric factors. This makes the cable resistant to oils, greases, water and UV radiation. In addition, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not interfere with painting.

The cable has a rated voltage of 500V and a test voltage of 3000V. Its outer diameter is approximately 17 mm. The minimum bending radius is 10x the cable diameter during flexible operation and 5x during stationary operation. Available in brown color, which facilitates the identification of conductors.
