UNIPUR Flexible Cable – Reliability in Harsh Conditions

This purple UNIPUR 25G0.75 flexible cable is a proposition for professionals and demanding users. It is designed for applications where durability, flexibility and resistance to external factors are important. Construction and properties

The UNIPUR cable is characterized by a solid construction. It has 25 copper strands, twisted in class 5 (multi-strand flexible), which gives it exceptional flexibility even at low temperatures – down to -40°C. The insulation of the strands is made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), and the outer coating of polyurethane (PUR), which guarantees resistance to abrasion, cuts, oils, water and UV radiation. Thanks to this, the cable retains its properties for a long time, even in difficult working conditions. The nominal cross-section of the strand is 0.75 mm², and the rated voltage U is 500 kV.

The UNIPUR cable is ideal for applications requiring high flexibility and mechanical resistance. It will be useful for powering power tools (drills, circular saws), construction and agricultural machinery, as well as in refrigeration installations or docks. Available in purple (RAL 4005) with an outer diameter of approximately 17 mm. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adjust the length to the installation needs. It is worth remembering that the cable can be ordered in other colors on individual request – RAL color codes from 9003 to 7032 are available, as well as the possibility of choosing a cable with or without a yellow-green protective strand (marking G or x).
