The UNIPUR 34G0.5 cable is a high-quality, multi-core flexible cable with polyurethane (PUR) insulation, designed for applications requiring high mechanical and chemical resistance. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction: 34 stranded copper conductors, insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and surrounded by a durable PUR outer jacket. This combination of materials guarantees exceptional flexibility even at low temperatures (down to -40°C) and resistance to abrasion, cuts, oils, greases and weathering. The cable conductors are color-coded (up to 5 cores) or black with white numbering (from 6 cores), making identification easier during installation. The cable also has a protective earth conductor. The cross-section of a single core is 0.5 mm².

The UNIPUR 34G0.5 cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21/ DIN EN 50525-2-21 standards and has a rated voltage of up to 500V. It is also UV-resistant up to 100x10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad), making it an ideal choice for outdoor applications. Available in green, and also in other colors on request (according to RAL code).
