Flexible UNIPUR cable – reliable power supply in harsh conditions

The UNIPUR flexible cable with polyurethane (PUR) insulation is the ideal solution for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. This cable, with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², is designed to operate at 500V and is characterized by exceptional durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Construction and properties

The UNIPUR cable stands out with its careful construction, ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. It is made of multi-strand copper wire (class 5), which provides high flexibility, and the thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) insulation guarantees resistance to abrasion, cuts and the action of oils, greases and atmospheric factors. The outer jacket made of PUR additionally protects the cable against mechanical damage and the influence of UV radiation. Thanks to this, the cable retains its properties even in extreme temperature conditions – from -40°C to +90°C.

This cable has three cores, and its outer diameter is approximately 6.1 mm. The orange jacket color makes it easier to identify the cable in the installation. In addition, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not contain substances that interfere with painting, making it environmentally friendly.
