UNIPUR Flexible Cable – Reliability in Harsh Conditions
The UNIPUR cable is a proposal for professionals and demanding users who need a reliable and durable flexible cable. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures safe and efficient power transmission in various applications. Its construction and properties make it perfect for both industrial installations and portable devices.
Construction and Properties
The UNIPUR cable is distinguished by its exceptional flexibility, even at low temperatures – down to -40°C. The durable polyurethane (PUR) coating provides resistance to abrasion, cuts, notches, oils, greases, and atmospheric factors. Twisted copper conductors guarantee good conductivity and resistance to mechanical damage. The thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) insulation ensures safe use. The cable has three cores with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², making it ideal for applications requiring flexibility and reliability. The rated voltage U/U0 is 500/300 kV. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 6.9 mm.
Applications and Benefits
The UNIPUR cable finds wide application in:
- Power tools: drills, circular saws, garden tools
- Portable motors and agricultural machinery: providing reliable power in harsh working conditions
- Construction: for connecting devices on construction sites
- Refrigeration installations: resistance to low temperatures and humidity
- Hobbies and DIY: universal cable for various home applications
Thanks to its construction, this cable is resistant to UV radiation, hydrolysis, and microorganisms. The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free, and do not contain substances that interfere with painting, which is important for many industrial applications. Additionally, the cable complies with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). Available in red color, it facilitates identification in multi-core installations.
