The UNIPUR 41G0,5 cable is a flexible solution for applications requiring high mechanical and chemical resistance. This cable, made of stranded copper wire and insulated with polyurethane (PUR), provides safe and long-lasting connections in various environments. Its construction and materials guarantee reliable operation even in extreme temperatures and exposure to external factors.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction that provides exceptional flexibility and durability. 41 copper wires, stranded in accordance with DIN VDE 0295 cl.5, BS 6360 cl.5 and IEC 60228 cl.5 standards, ensure good conductivity and resistance to mechanical damage. The thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) insulation provides high resistance to abrasion, cuts, notches and the action of oils, greases, water and atmospheric factors. The outer jacket made of PUR TMPU further protects the cable from the effects of UV radiation, ozone and hydrolysis. This ensures that the cable retains its properties for a long time, even in difficult working conditions.

Additionally, the cable is resistant to radiation up to 100x10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad) and does not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. The cable is metered for easy dispensing and installation. The nominal cross-section of the wire is 0.5 mm², and the rated voltage U is 500 kV (U0 – 300 kV). The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 19.6 mm.
