The UNIPUR 41G0,5 cable has been designed with durability and reliability in mind. Its construction includes:
- Cores: copper, unannealed, stranded (class 5) – provide good conductivity and flexibility.
- Core insulation: made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) – guarantees high resistance to abrasion, cuts and notches.
- Outer jacket: made of polyurethane (PUR) – provides protection against the influence of oils, greases, water, weathering and UV radiation.
- Core identification: colored up to 5 cores, and above 5 cores – black with white numbering for easy identification.
- Protective conductor: optional with green-yellow protective conductor (marked "G").
Additionally, the cable is resistant to hydrolysis and microbes, and its materials do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.
