Flexible control cable UNIPUR 41G1,5 – reliability in harsh conditions

The UNIPUR 41G1,5 cable is a flexible solution for applications requiring high mechanical and chemical resistance. Designed to operate in a wide temperature range, from -40°C to +90°C, it is ideal for demanding industrial, construction and mobile device environments. The construction with a polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket provides exceptional durability and resistance to abrasion, cuts and the action of oils, greases and atmospheric factors.

Construction and parameters for professionals

The cable consists of 41 stranded copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², which ensures good flexibility and ease of installation. The wire insulation is made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), guaranteeing high electrical insulation. The rated voltage of the cable is 500 V, and the minimum bending radius is 10x the cable diameter during flexible operation and 5x during stationary installation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 28.3 mm. Thanks to the use of high-quality materials, the cable is resistant to UV radiation and hydrolysis.
