The UNIPUR 41G1 cable is a flexible solution for applications requiring high mechanical and chemical resistance. This cable, made with a polyurethane (PUR) insulation, is perfect for industrial, construction, and mobile device environments. Its construction ensures reliable operation even in extreme temperatures and with intensive use.

Construction and properties

This cable stands out with its advanced construction, which guarantees long-lasting and safe operation. It is made of 41 copper strands, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards (class 5 – multi-wire flexible). Each strand is insulated with a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), providing excellent dielectric properties and abrasion resistance. The outer jacket made of PUR TMPU further protects the cable from external factors. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 22.6 mm, and the cross-section of a single strand is 1 mm².

The UNIPUR 41G1 cable is characterized by exceptional flexibility even at low temperatures (down to -40°C), making it easy to install and connect in hard-to-reach places. It is resistant to oils, greases, water, atmospheric factors, ozone, oxygen, UV radiation and hydrolysis. The materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance-free. Additionally, the cable has radiation resistance up to 100x10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad).

The rated voltage U/U0 is 500/300 V (up to 1 mm²) or 750/450 V (from 1.5 mm²), and the test voltage is 3000 V. The minimum bending radius is 5x cable diameter for stationary installations and 10x cable diameter for flexible applications.
