Flexible control cable UNIPUR – reliability in harsh conditions

The UNIPUR 4G1.5 cable is a high-quality, flexible cable with polyurethane (PUR) insulation, designed for applications requiring high mechanical and chemical resistance. Ideal for both installation work and powering mobile devices. It is characterized by exceptional flexibility even at low temperatures, making it indispensable on construction sites, in industry, and in home applications.

Construction and properties

The cable is designed for durability and safety. It consists of four copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², which provide optimal current conduction. These conductors are insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), and the whole is surrounded by a durable PUR coating. This combination of materials guarantees resistance to abrasion, cuts, notches, oils, greases, water, and atmospheric factors. Additionally, the cable is resistant to UV radiation and hydrolysis. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9.9 mm.

This cable also stands out with a wide range of operating temperatures – from -40°C to +90°C – which allows it to be used in extreme conditions. The rated voltage of the cable is 500 V (300/500 kV), and the test voltage is 3000 V. The minimum bending radius is 10x the cable diameter for flexible bending and 5x for stationary bending.
