This yellow, four-core UNIPUR cable with a cross-section of 1 mm² is the ideal solution for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. Construction and properties

The UNIPUR cable is distinguished by a solid construction designed for demanding applications. Its structure includes:

• Copper conductors: stranded, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295 cl.5, BS 6360 cl.5 and IEC 60228 cl.5 standards – guaranteeing good conductivity and flexibility.
• Core insulation: made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), providing excellent dielectric properties and abrasion resistance.
• Outer jacket: made of polyurethane (PUR TMPU) compliant with DIN EN 50363-10-2 – resistant to oils, greases, water, atmospheric factors, ozone, oxygen and UV radiation.
• Core identification: colored up to 5 cores, and above 5 – black with white numbering for easy identification during installation.
• Protective conductor: green-yellow (from 3 cores) for increased safety.

Thanks to this, the cable retains its properties in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +90°C – making it an ideal choice for outdoor and harsh industrial applications. It is also resistant to radiation up to 100x10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad).
