Flexible control cable UNIPUR – reliability in harsh conditions

The UNIPUR 5G0.5 flexible cable is a high-quality wire designed for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. Made of stranded copper conductors, insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) coating, it provides safe and long-lasting connections in a variety of applications. The cable is characterized by a green jacket color and is available in metered lengths.

The UNIPUR cable is designed for demanding applications. Its construction based on class 5 copper conductors (flexible stranded) guarantees high flexibility, even at low temperatures – down to -40°C. TPE insulation provides excellent dielectric properties, and the PUR coating protects against abrasion, cuts, the effects of oils, greases, water and weathering. Additionally, the cable is resistant to UV radiation and hydrolysis, which extends its service life in harsh working conditions. The nominal conductor cross-section is 0.5 mm², and the rated voltage U/U0 is 500/300 kV. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 7.5 mm.
