The UNIPUR cable is characterized by a solid construction. It has five copper conductors, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295 cl.5, BS 6360 cl.5 and IEC 60228 cl.5 standards. The insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) provides excellent dielectric and mechanical properties. The conductors are color-coded (up to 5 conductors) or black with white numbering (from 6 conductors), and the green-yellow protective conductor is available with or without a protective conductor (G or x marking). The outer jacket made of PUR TMPU guarantees durability and resistance to mechanical damage.

This cable also features high resistance to UV radiation, hydrolysis and microbes. The materials used in its production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and free of paint-inhibiting substances – which is important for many industrial applications. The rated voltage of the cable is 500V, and the test voltage is 3000V. The minimum bending radius is 10x cable diameter for flexible bending and 5x cable diameter for stationary bending.
