Flexible control cable UNIPUR – reliability in harsh conditions

The UNIPUR 6G0.75 cable is a flexible solution for applications requiring high mechanical and chemical resistance. This cable, made of stranded copper conductors insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and surrounded by a polyurethane (PUR) jacket, provides safe and long-lasting connections in a variety of applications. The cable is designed to operate in a temperature range from -40°C to +90°C, making it an ideal choice for both indoor and outdoor use.

Construction and properties

The UNIPUR cable stands out for its exceptional flexibility even at low temperatures, thanks to the use of special TPE/PUR. The construction with 6 conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² allows for the transmission of control signals in electrical installations. The conductors are twisted in parallel, which optimizes their arrangement and minimizes the risk of mechanical damage. In addition, the cable is characterized by high resistance to:

• Abrasion and cuts – increased durability in demanding working conditions.
• Oils, greases, water and atmospheric factors – possibility of use in industrial and outdoor environments.
• Ozone, oxygen and UV radiation – maintaining properties for a long time.
• Hydrolysis and microbes – resistance to biological degradation.

The PUR jacket provides additional protection against mechanical damage and the influence of chemical factors. The materials used to produce the cable are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting.

Applications and compliance with standards

The UNIPUR cable finds wide application in power tools (drills, circular saws), gardening equipment, portable motors, agricultural machinery, as well as in construction and refrigeration installations. It will also be useful in hobby applications and in seaports. The cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 / DIN EN 50525-2-21 standards and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive 2014/35/EU. Available in brown color, and on request also in other RAL colors.
