UNIPUR 6G1 cable is a flexible solution for applications requiring high mechanical and chemical resistance. Construction and properties ensuring durability

The UNIPUR cable stands out with its advanced construction. Copper conductors, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards, guarantee good conductivity and flexibility. Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) insulation provides resistance to abrasion, cuts and notches. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) further protects the cable against the influence of atmospheric factors, oils, greases and UV radiation. Thanks to this, the cable retains its properties even in extreme temperature conditions – from -40°C to +90°C.

Additionally, the cable is resistant to hydrolysis and the action of microorganisms, which increases its lifespan. The materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance-free. The use of a green-yellow protective conductor (in versions with a protective conductor) increases safety.

The rated voltage is 500V and the maximum operating temperature is 90°C during operation and -40°C during installation.
