The UNIPUR 7G0,5 cable is a high-quality, brown flexible cable with polyurethane (PUR) insulation, designed for applications requiring high mechanical strength and resistance to external factors. Designed for professionals and end-users, it provides safe and efficient power transmission in a variety of applications.
Construction and properties
The cable features a construction based on seven twisted copper strands with a cross-section of 0.5 mm². These strands are insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), providing them with flexibility and resistance to damage. The outer jacket made of PUR TMPU guarantees protection against abrasion, cuts, notches, and the influence of oils, greases, water and atmospheric factors. Additionally, the cable is resistant to UV radiation and hydrolysis. This makes it perfect for use in demanding industrial and construction environments.
The UNIPUR cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +90°C – making it an ideal solution for outdoor and harsh climatic conditions. The minimum bending radius is 10x cable diameter for flexible bending and 5x cable diameter for stationary bending. The rated voltage of the cable is 500 kV (300 kV U0).
