UNIPUR 7G1.5 cable is a flexible solution for applications requiring resistance to harsh conditions and intensive use. Its construction with seven cores of 1.5 mm² cross-section guarantees adequate performance and safety.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction designed for long-term operation. Copper conductors stranded according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards ensure good conductivity and flexibility. Insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) guarantees high resistance to abrasion, cuts and notches. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) additionally protects the cable against the influence of atmospheric factors, oils, greases and UV radiation. This ensures that the cable retains its properties even in extreme temperatures – from -40°C to +90°C.

The UNIPUR cable is exceptionally flexible, making it easy to install and assemble even in tight spaces. Additionally, it is resistant to hydrolysis and microorganisms, which increases its durability and reliability. The materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance-free.

The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 12.9 mm and the rated voltage U/U0 is 500V/300V for cross-sections up to 1mm² and 750V/450V for cross-sections from 1.5mm².
