Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP cable stands out with its advanced construction, which provides it with exceptional properties. Made of high-quality materials, including copper stranded wires (class 5 – flexible stranded) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) insulation, it guarantees excellent conductivity and flexibility even at low temperatures (down to -40°C). The screen made of tinned copper wires effectively minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in applications sensitive to interference. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) provides resistance to abrasion, cuts, notches, oils, greases, water and climate change.

The cable is available in green color and has 12 cores with a cross-section of 0.75 mm². Its outer diameter is approximately 12.2 mm. It should be noted that the cable has a protective conductor. This ensures compliance with safety requirements and provides protection against electric shock.
