Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP cable is characterized by an advanced construction ensuring long-term and trouble-free operation. Made of twisted copper wire according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards, insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). The cores are twisted in parallel with an optimal twist pitch and wrapped with foil for additional protection. A screen made of tinned copper wires provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in devices sensitive to noise. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) guarantees resistance to abrasion, cuts, oils, greases and climate change. The cable remains flexible even at very low temperatures – down to -40°C.

This cable finds wide application where high flexibility and resistance to mechanical and chemical damage are required. It is ideal for powering power tools (drills, circular saws), portable motors, agricultural machinery and in construction and refrigeration installations. Thanks to the shielding, it ensures stable signal transmission in environments with a high level of interference. In addition, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not contain substances that interfere with painting. Available in violet (RAL 4005) and other colors on request. The cable has 12 cores with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², which allows it to be used in various electrical installations. The rated voltage of the cable is 500 kV and the permissible ambient temperature during installation is -40°C to +90°C.
