This shielded flexible cable UNIPUR-CP is an ideal solution for applications requiring high mechanical resistance and flexibility, even at low temperatures. The cable is designed for power tools, agricultural machinery, construction installations and many other applications where reliability and durability are important. The cable construction based on TPE/PUR technology provides resistance to oils, greases, water, climate change and UV radiation.

Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP cable stands out with its careful construction, which guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Twisted copper conductors in accordance with DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 class 5 standards ensure good conductivity and flexibility. Insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) provides high resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage. A screen made of copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in applications sensitive to interference. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) protects the cable from external factors.

The cable has 12 conductors with a cross-section of 1 mm², which provides sufficient bandwidth for most control applications. The rated voltage is 500V (300/500 kV), and the outer diameter is approximately 12.8 mm. Available in blue for easy identification. Remember that it is possible to order the cable in other RAL colors – from 0 to 7 – according to individual project needs.
