Flexible control cable UNIPUR-CP – reliability in harsh conditions

This shielded UNIPUR-CP control cable is a proposal for professionals and demanding users who need a reliable solution in applications exposed to intensive use and changing environmental conditions. The cable is distinguished by its exceptional flexibility, resistance to mechanical damage and a wide range of operating temperatures. Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP cable has been designed with durability and safety in mind. It consists of stranded copper conductors, insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), which ensures high flexibility even at low temperatures (down to -40°C). The conductors are twisted in parallel, and the whole is surrounded by a screen of copper wires to protect against electromagnetic interference (EMC). The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) guarantees resistance to oils, greases, water, climate change, ozone, UV radiation and abrasion. In addition, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not contain substances that interfere with painting.

A key feature of the cable is its resistance to mechanical loads – abrasion, cuts and notches – which translates into a longer service life in demanding working conditions. Thanks to the shielding, the cable minimizes the risk of interference in the signal, which is particularly important in precise control applications.
