This shielded UNIPUR-CP control cable combines flexibility, durability and resistance to external factors. The construction using thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and polyurethane (PUR) ensures exceptional flexibility even at low temperatures, as well as resistance to abrasion, oils and other chemicals.

Construction and properties ensuring long-term operation

The UNIPUR-CP cable stands out with its careful construction. It uses 18 copper conductors, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards. Each conductor is insulated with TPE, guaranteeing flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The conductors are twisted in parallel for optimal pitch, and then wrapped in foil for additional protection. A key element is the screen made of tinned copper wires (approx. 85% coverage), which minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC). The whole is surrounded by a durable PUR TMPU jacket, resistant to abrasion, cuts and notches. Various jacket colors are available on request – from standard RAL to special colors.
