This shielded UNIPUR-CP 18G1 cable is the ideal solution wherever flexibility, resistance to harsh conditions and reliability are required. Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction, using 18 copper cores with a cross-section of 1 mm², twisted in a way that ensures high flexibility. The cores are insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), which guarantees good resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage. A screen made of copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), ensuring stable signal transmission. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) provides additional protection against oils, greases, water, ozone and UV radiation. The cable remains flexible even at very low temperatures – down to -40°C.
Additionally, the materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance-free, making it environmentally friendly and safe to use. Available in blue, and also in other colors on request (according to RAL codes).
