UNIPUR-CP flexible cable – reliability and durability in every application. This shielded control cable UNIPUR-CP combines flexibility, resistance and safety. Compliant with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 / DIN EN 50525-2-21 standards, it is designed to operate in harsh conditions, both indoors and outdoors. Its construction and materials guarantee long-term operation even at extreme temperatures.

Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP cable stands out with its careful construction, which translates into its unique properties. It uses high-quality copper conductors, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295 cl.5, BS 6360 cl.5 and IEC 60228 cl.5 standards. Insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) provides excellent dielectric properties and abrasion resistance. A screen made of tinned copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference, which is particularly important in industrial and automation applications. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) protects the cable from external factors such as oils, greases, water, ozone and UV radiation.
