Construction and properties

The cable features a robust construction. It is made of 25 stranded copper conductors, insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). These conductors are twisted in parallel for optimal twist pitch and additionally protected with a screen of tinned copper wires (approx. 85% coverage). The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket, providing resistance to mechanical damage and external factors. This ensures that the cable retains its properties even with intensive use.

Additionally, the cable has a green-yellow protective conductor (from 3 conductors and above) for increased safety. It complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 / DIN EN 50525-2-21 standards and has a rated voltage of up to 500V. Its conductor cross-section is 0.75 mm², and the outer diameter is approximately 17.7 mm. The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free, and do not interfere with painting.
