This shielded control cable, manufactured according to DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 / DIN EN 50525-2-21 standards, is an ideal solution where high flexibility and resistance to harsh conditions are required. This cable is designed for a wide range of applications – from power tools to agricultural machinery and industrial installations. Its construction ensures reliable operation even in extreme temperatures, from -40°C to +90°C.

Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP cable is distinguished by careful workmanship and the use of high-quality materials. Copper strands, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards, ensure good conductivity. Insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) guarantees flexibility and abrasion resistance. A screen made of tinned copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in devices sensitive to interference. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) protects the cable against mechanical damage, oils, water and weathering.

The cable has 25 cores with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², allowing for the transmission of control signals in various configurations. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 17.7 mm. Thanks to the green-yellow protective core (available from 3 cores upwards), it ensures safe use.
