The UNIPUR-CP 34G0.75 cable stands out with its careful construction. It has 34 copper strands, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards. Each strand is insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), which provides excellent dielectric properties and resistance to mechanical damage. The strands are twisted in parallel, minimizing the risk of electromagnetic interference. A screen made of tinned copper wires (approx. 85% coverage) effectively protects against external interference. The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) jacket, resistant to oils, greases, water, climate change and UV radiation.

Additionally, the cable is resistant to hydrolysis, microbes and abrasion - features particularly important in demanding industrial and construction environments. The materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance free.
