The UNIPUR-CP 34G1 cable is a shielded control cable designed to operate in harsh conditions. It is characterized by high flexibility even at low temperatures, making it an ideal solution for mobile and dynamic applications. The construction using thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and polyurethane (PUR) provides resistance to oils, greases, water, climate change and UV radiation. This cable is particularly recommended for devices exposed to mechanical loads, such as power tools or agricultural machinery.

Construction and properties ensuring long-term reliability

The cable consists of 34 stranded copper cores, with a cross-section of 1 mm², insulated with TPE. The cores are twisted in parallel for optimal twist pitch and protected with foil. A screen made of copper wires provides protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is crucial in precise control applications. The outer jacket made of PUR TMPU guarantees high mechanical and chemical resistance. Additionally, the cable is metered for easy installation and use.
